Innovative Formulations
Formula Corp has developed a number of innovative products in our Research & Development group.
- Full line of all natural personal care (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion) with various fragrances
- Recently introduced a citrus based cleaner with an oxygen releasing agent which safely removes grease and stains from fabrics
- Non-acid spray shower cleaner using the same technology as “Clean Shower” several years before “Clean Shower” was introduced to the mass market
- Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) are a health concern so we have developed a “VOC” free glass cleaner and counter top cleaner
Quality Production
Testing is performed on incoming bulk raw materials to confirm they meet the specifications we have established. Our software system (SAGE PFW) maintains our formulations and packaging specification and also tracks product production throughtout the entire batch cycle (formula ingredients, volume, blending instructions). Quality Control testing and verification is performed throughout the batch cycle (blending, packaging, shipping).

Formula Corp. and its chemists are active members in the following organizations: Society of Cosmetic Chemists, American Chemical Society, American Oil Chemists Society, International Sanitary Supply Association, International Food Technology Association, International Fabricare Institute, Northwest Chemical Association, Puget Sound Paint and Coatings Society, ChemBlend International, LLC, University of Wisconsin Department of Engineering Professional Development in Good Manufacturing Practices.
Production Minimums
Production minimums are outlined as follows. (2) 55 gallon drums, (36) 5 gallon pails, (36) 4×1 gallon cases, (33) 12×1 quart cases, (66) 12×1 pint cases or as stated in a specific price quotation with terms. Lead times are 6 business days for production orders and 1 day or less for shipment of warehoused items.
